Pay fees and expenses per the agreed proposal, service letter, or email confirmation.
Candidates agree to:
Provide accurate and current information in resumes, profiles, and interviews.
Inform us of competing offers, changes in availability, and any conflicts of interest.
Refrain from sharing confidential client information without permission.
7) Fees, Invoices & Taxes (Clients)
Fees, payment schedules, replacement/guarantee terms, and any retainers or cancellation fees are as specified in our proposal or service agreement.
Invoices are payable within the agreed timeline. Late payments may attract interest or collection costs.
Taxes, where applicable, are payable by the client.
8) Confidentiality
We may receive confidential information from clients and candidates. We will use and disclose such information only as necessary for the assignment or as required by law.
You agree to keep our proprietary methods, reports, and materials confidential.
9) Data Protection & Privacy
We process personal data (including resumes and professional history) solely for recruitment/advisory purposes and in line with applicable laws.
By submitting information, you consent to our processing and contacting you regarding suitable opportunities or services.

10) Intellectual Property

For active assignments, you agree not to bypass 88forty8 Consulting by directly engaging candidates we introduce for the same role without our written consent, for the duration and scope defined in the service agreement.

19) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
